Baani Signature is a guest house set in a converted villa at House 51, Bhittai Road, F-7/1, in Islamabad's central F-7 Markaz sector. It sits within a short walk of Safa Gold Mall and the shops and restaurants of the F-7 commercial area, and is roughly a 20-minute drive from Islamabad International Airport.

The property is arranged around a private lawn and garden, with an on-site restaurant, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a seating area and a flat-screen TV, offering comfortable, centrally located accommodation in one of Islamabad's most convenient neighbourhoods.

1. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
2. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
3. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
4. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
