Book N Rent offers serviced apartment accommodation at 30-A, Block L, Gulberg III, in the heart of Lahore. One of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods, Gulberg III places guests close to Liberty Market, restaurants, shopping and business districts, making it a convenient base for both leisure and corporate travellers.

The property offers a flexible range of self-contained units, from Studios and one-bedroom apartments to two- and three-bedroom layouts, including a two-bedroom apartment with maid accommodation. With the space and privacy of a home combined with the convenience of a central Lahore location, Book N Rent is well suited to families, groups and extended stays.

1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 16% per room per night.
2. Rupees 5000/- security deposit (refundable) is mandatory for check in.
3. Our check-in time is 1500 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1200 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 1400 hrs, early checkin charges will be applied.
4. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
5. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit which is 50% of the total amount due.
6. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
7. No Pets are allowed. Anti-social Behavior and unethical activities are strictly prohibited. No parties allowed.
