BROQ is a boutique resort set in Hussainabad, Broq, near Skardu in the heart of Gilgit-Baltistan. Surrounded by the dramatic mountains and rivers of Baltistan, the resort offers a tranquil retreat amid some of the most spectacular landscapes in northern Pakistan, an ideal base for travellers exploring the Skardu valley.

Accommodation is offered in the resort's signature Brangsas, available in Standard, Executive and Premium categories and designed to evoke the charm of traditional Balti village living while providing modern comfort. With mountain and river views and a warm, personal standard of hospitality, BROQ offers a distinctive and memorable stay in Skardu.

1. All reservations will be held on a tentative basis unless advance 50% bank deposit is made within 24 hours.
2. All payments are non-refundable. Change of dates in reservation is allowed, based on availability of Brangsa (rooms). .
3. All Brangsas (rooms) are of same size. For comfort and safety of our guests, we have a strict policy of occupancy as follows:
4. 3x adults (maximum) 3 rd & 4th adults sleep on additional mattress
5. Children under 6 years of age sleep with parents on the same bed
6. All Brangsas are non-smoking. Smoking permitted only in designated areas
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in Brangsas, bathrooms, dining hall and reception. Violation will result in a penalty of PKR 40,000/- per incident.
8. Check-In time is 12:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability)
9. Check-Out time is 10:00 AM.(Late check-out is subject to availability)
10. Late Check-Out Charges: 12 PM-3 PM 50% of brangsa daily rate. After 3 PM 100% of brangsa daily rate.
