1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes. Which are currently charged @ 16% of the total room rent on per room per night basis.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0900 hrs, previous night will be charged.
3. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
5. Confirmed reservations must be canceled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
6. Any kind of guests/visitors in the room will not be allowed.
7. You are requested to please advise your flight detail as soon as possible to make flawless arrangements for yours or your guests pick and drop services from the Airport.
8. Pick and Drop service from the Airport is completely outsourced, any kind of theft, loss or damage will not be entertained at S Chalet Multan.
