The Faletti’s Express, Hotel, at Shimla Hill in Lahore is a property operated by Imperial Hotel Management Services (IHMS). Faletti’s Express, Shimla Hill maintains the high standards of services, facilities and hygiene that are hallmarks of IHMS.

1. The above room rates are subject to applicable government taxes, which are sixteen percent (16%) per room per night.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 Hrs. In case the arrival is after 1800 Hrs, rooms will be subject to availability unless guaranteed, if check-in before 08:00 Hrs previous night will be charged.
3. Our check out time is 12:00 Noon and please note that fifty percent (50%) of the room rent will be charged in case of late check-out from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs. After 18:00 Hrs a full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by a valid credit card/ company letter or an advance deposit..
5. Confirmed reservations must be canceled/amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid one-night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged 100% upon agreed rates.
