1. The above room rates are subject to applicable government taxes, which are sixteen percent (5%) per room per night.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 Hrs. In case the arrival is after 1800 Hrs, rooms will be subject to availability unless guaranteed, if check-in before 08:00 Hrs previous night will be charged.
3. Our check out time is 12:00 Noon and please note that fifty percent (50%) of the room rent will be charged in case of late check-out from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs. After 18:00 Hrs a full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by a valid credit card/ company letter or an advance deposit..
5. Confirmed reservations must be canceled/amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid one-night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged 100% upon agreed rates.
6. To secure your reservation and embark on this memorable journey, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total amount. By making this advance payment, you will confirm your reservation and reserve your place in this magnificent establishment.

9. If a reservation is cancelled after the designated time, the hotel will not reimburse the 50% pre-paid amount for guaranteed bookings.
10. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival.
11. The guest is required to present a ticket with their name as proof.
12. Once the proof is verified, the guest can utilize the deposited amount from the current season to make a new booking at the prevailing rates.
13. The Authorize Department will communicate with NHA to verify the occurrence of a landslide. If NHA confirms the presence of a landslide, the guest will be able to utilize the deposited amount from the current season to make a new booking at the prevailing rates.
14. Hotel Standard time for Check-in is 14:00 & Checkout is 12:00.
15. In case of late checkout hotel will charge half room rate from 15:00 hours to 18:00 hours, after 18:00 hours full night will be charged.
