Gwadar Club

Gwadar Club & Ninety Nine Beach Resort sits on the Makran Coastal Highway in Gwadar, directly opposite the New Gwadar International Airport, with a beachfront opening onto the Arabian Sea. Owned and operated by the AM99 Group, it is positioned as a corporate tourism and hospitality destination along the CPEC route, set against Gwadar's golden-sand beaches and blue-green sea.

The resort offers rooms and suites, many beach- or hill-facing, together with dining, an event hall, room service, a fitness centre and on-site parking. Guests come for coastal views and easy access to the airport and the wider Gwadar seafront.

1. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
2. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
3. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
4. Additional person charges:
5. Child above 5 yrs: 2,500/- per night.
6. 3rd adult: 3,500/- per night.
7. Mattress for below 5 year kids 1000.
8. Gwadar Club is operating with limited services.
9. No swimming/entry in sea without life jacket.
10. Advance payment is non refundable however due to blockage of road booking can be rescheduled in 3 months only.
11. Misbehaviour / harassment especially with female staff will not be tolerated and Gwadar Club reserve the right to cancel booking and take appropriate action.
12. Hot water in shower is not available in summers
13. Restaurant and room service is from 11 am till 10 pm only
14. Smoking is allowed in open area only
15. Drone photography as per instruction of security agencies is not allowed.
16. Posting of complaints on social media prior to reporting to Club management will be taken Mela fide intent and Defamation
17. Outside food is not allowed in Club and Resort.
