3. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.

6. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office.

8. Please note that In case you are availing credit facility, settlement of outstanding Amount is mandatory in Max 30 Days.
9. If a company's booking is on a self-payment basis, the company will be liable for no-show charges.
