1. The above room rates are subject to applicable government taxes, which are fifteen percent (15% Gst and 5% Bed Tax) per room per night.
2. Our check in time is 12:00 Hrs. In case the arrival is before 14:00 Hrs and after 16:00 Hrs, rooms will be subject to availability, unless guaranteed if check in before 08:00 Hrs previous night will be charged.
3. Our check out time is 12:00 Noon and please note that fifty percent (50%) of room rent will be charged in case of late check- out from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs. After 18:00 Hrs a full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability, unless guaranteed by a valid credit card/ company letter or an advance deposit..
5. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 Hours prior to arrival in order to avoid one night’s NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of a now-show, the first night will be charged 100% upon agreed rates.
