Terms and Conditions

  1. Check in time is 14:00 hours. Early morning arrivals prior to 12:00 hours will be booked and charged from previous night
  2. Check-out time is 12:00 hours and 50% of room rent will be charged in the event of late check-out from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours subject to availability and prior arrangement with Front Desk
  3. Check-out after 18:00 hours will be subject to 100% room rent charges.
  4. Guaranteed Reservations must be cancelled or amended at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations must be forwarded in writing to our Reservations office during general office hours.
  5. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis and can be released without prior notice. Rooms are only guaranteed by valid credit card, company letter or advance deposit.
  6. Early departure rooms will be charged for the entire duration of stay.
  7. Room preferences and special requests is subject to availability upon arrival.
  8. One-night room rent will be charged in the case of No-show, same day room cancellation or amendments. Non-refundable rates or Advanced Purchase will be charged for the entire stay in case of No-show, same day room cancellation or amendments.
  9. Above mentioned room rates are subject to applicable government taxes
  10. 100% payment for entire stay will be collected at the time of check-in.
  11. Airport Transfer, by Hotel Shuttle (Subject to Prior Flight Details) & shall be charged 4500+Tax per person
  12. Valid National ID Card or Passport with valid Visa is a mandatory requirement for all guests at check-in or as visitor.
  13. Third party credit card payment is not acceptable as per the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan.
  14. Physical credit card is required while making payment at the hotel.
