Indus Caravan Residency is a premium guest house set in a quiet, tree-lined street of Islamabad's F-10/4 sector (House 286, Sumbul Road). Occupying a spacious colonial-style villa with a private garden, it offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable lounges and a homely atmosphere.

Run by the long-established Indus Caravan travel company, the residency is well placed for the shops, restaurants and parks of the F-10 and F-11 markets and is around a 30-minute drive from Islamabad International Airport. Breakfast, Wi-Fi and on-site parking are provided.

  • Room rates are subject to 16% Government Tax per room per night.
  • Check-in time is 1400 hrs; early arrival subject to availability. Before 0800 hrs, previous night is charged.
  • Check-out time is 1200 noon. 50% rent charged for check-out after 1200 to 1800 hrs; full rent after 1800 hrs.
  • All non-guaranteed reservations are tentative unless guaranteed by credit card, letter, or deposit.
  • 72 hours cancellation notice required. Otherwise, one night’s NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION charge applies.

  • Buffet breakfast is complimentary from 06:00am to 10:00am.
