LeGrand Hotels and Resorts is set on Main Mall Road in Kalam, the popular hill town at the top of the Swat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Surrounded by pine-covered mountains and green lawns, the property looks out over the valley and is within easy reach of Kalam bazaar, the Swat River and onward routes to Ushu Forest and Mahodand Lake.

The hotel offers Deluxe rooms along with larger Executive and Family suites, many with sitting areas and valley or garden views. On-site facilities include a 24-hour front desk, complimentary breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi, making it a comfortable base for families and groups exploring the Kalam region.

1. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
2. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
3. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
4. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
