Lemar Hotels & Resorts is a riverside hotel in Kalam, in the upper Swat Valley of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, set along the banks of the Swat River with views of the surrounding forested slopes and snow-capped peaks. Managed and operated by Northin Hospitality, it sits within easy reach of Kalam's bazaar and the valley's main attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring Ushu, Matiltan and the wider Swat highlands.

The property offers a range of accommodation from Standard and Deluxe mountain-view rooms to Executive rooms and suites with river and mountain views, up to a Presidential Suite. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant, which serves local Swati and international dishes with riverside and mountain views, and the hotel also features an event and banquet space for gatherings.
