1. Our check-in time is 1400 Hrs. In case the arrival is after 1800 Hrs, rooms will be subject to availability unless guaranteed, if check-in before 08:00 Hrs previous night will be charged.
2. Our check out time is 12:00 Noon and please note that fifty percent (50%) of the room rent will be charged in case of late check-out from 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hrs. After 18:00 Hrs a full night room rent will be charged.
3. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by a valid credit card/ company letter or an advance deposit..
4. Confirmed reservations must be canceled/amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid one-night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged 100% upon agreed rates.
