Qayam Skardu

Qayam Skardu is a boutique resort on Airport Road in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, set amid landscaped gardens with the snow-capped peaks of the Karakoram as a backdrop. It sits about a ten-minute drive from Skardu International Airport, making it a convenient base for onward travel to the valleys, lakes and forts of Baltistan.

The property offers stone-clad chalet rooms along with distinctive fort-themed rooms finished in traditional carved wood. Facilities include an on-site restaurant serving continental, Chinese and Pakistani cuisine, a garden, a shared lounge and terrace, a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free Wi-Fi.

1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 16% and 5% Bed Tax per room per night.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
3. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
5. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
