1. Please advise if you require Smoking or Non Smoking room.
2. In case of CASH mode of payment, Hotel requires advance deposit against Room Rent and other incidental charges at the time of Check-in or in Case of Credit Card same rule applies.
3. Hotel requires original Passport Along with a valid visa upon Check -in for all Foreigner guest and Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) for Pakistani citizens.
4. Reservations not guaranteed by a Company/Travel Agent or without a deposit payment will be considered as Tentative by 3:00 pm on the day of guest arrival.
5. All cancellations or amendments must be communicated to the Reservations Department in writing at least 48 hours prior to the guest arrival date. In case of late cancellation or NO-SHOW the hotel reserves the right to apply cancellation policy.
6. The refundable amount will be transferred via bank transfer in the next thirty working days.
7. 100% advance payment is required for room reservation confirmation.
8. Breakfast is included in the room rates as per the occupancy.
9. The Extra mattress will be charged Rs 5000/- included breakfast.
10. Standard Hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
11. You are kindly requested to please share the deposit slip of payment.
12. Attached is the temporary reservation voucher. Full advance payment is required within the next 24 hours for confirmation; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
13. Qubed Hotel shall not be held responsible for any damage to guest vehicles caused by natural disasters or weather-related incidents. However, all vehicles will remain under 24/7 surveillance by our security team to ensure protection�against�theft.
