1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are (GST 15%)(Bed Tax 5%) Per person per night, transition on debit/credit Card 2.25% Bank Service Charges applied.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
3. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
5. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
6. Under 5 years old child will be charged @ 2500+tax.
7. No private/official armed body guards and escort vehicles are allowed to enter in the property. All such personnel/vehicles will be parked out side parking .Guest are expected to instruct their bodyguards and security/escort personnel to cooperate with the hotel Security staff in this regard.
8. Room Guest should deposit their weapons (if any) on check-in time and collect upon check-out time from main gate security check post.
9. Security staff of the the is authorized to inspect the luggage/vehicle of any visitor, on requirement, under the intimation/approval of the Secretary and/or Administrator."
10. In one room only three guests or two guests with two children allowed.
