1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 16% per room per night.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case of arrival before 14:00 hrs and after 16:00 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If checking-in before 08:00 hrs, previous night will be charged.
3. Our check-out time is 12:00 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 13:00 noon to 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, full night of room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
5. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the entire booked rooms/venues will be charged 100% on agreed rates.
