1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 15% per room per night.
2. Early morning arrivals prior to 12:00 hours will be booked from previous night and charged accordingly.
3. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
4. Third party credit card payment is not acceptable as per the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan.
5. Physical credit card is required while making payment from own credit card.
6. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit
7. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office.
8. Please note that as per policy, all NON-GUARANTEED rooms will be released after 1400 HOURS on the date of arrival. Please guarantee your reservations to avoid any problem.
9. Please note that In case you are availing credit facility, settlement of outstanding Amount is mandatory in Max 30 Days. All cash bookings without advance will be subject to availability upon arrival.
10. Foreign guest movements will follow instructions from the local security department
11. Airport Transfer, By Hotel Shuttle (Subject to Prior Flight Details) & Shall be Charged.
