1. Room rates are subject to applicable government taxes (20% per room per night)
2. Check-in time: 2:00 PM
3. Check-out time: 12:00 Noon.
4. Complimentary Pakistani or Continental breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
5. Early check-in (from 9:00 AM) is subject to availability. In case of confirmed early arrival, the previous nights rate will be charged.
6. Late check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the room rate. After 6:00 PM, a full-night charge will apply.
7. CNIC/passport copies of all guests must be provided at the time of check-in.
8. The total number of occupants must be disclosed at check-in.
9. Extension of stay is subject to availability.
10. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% of the room rate.
11. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
12. The management does not accept responsibility for loss of valuables, money, or personal belongings left in the room.
13. Loud music, noise, or disturbances are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund. Alcohol and weapons are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. Violation may result in immediate eviction and penalties without refund.
14. The Taj Hotel visitor policy must be strictly observed.
15. No visitors are allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
16. Early departures will be charged for the actual nights booked (non-refundable).
17. If an advance payment is not received by the specified deadline, the reservation will be considered tentative and subject to cancellation.
18. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged in full at the agreed rate.
19. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled or amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge.
20. Standard cancellation charges apply and must be submitted in writing to the hotel.
21. Extra mattress charges are PKR 3,500 + tax per night (subject to availability). Only one extra mattress is allowed per room.
22. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify any confirmed booking in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government or diplomatic requirements, public safety concerns, or situations beyond the hotels control.
