The Barcelo Apartments sits on Jheel Road in the heart of Naran, one of the most popular summer destinations in Pakistan's Kaghan Valley. 1. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
2. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
3. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
4. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled/changed at least 96 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night. But 40% cancellation charges will be deducted.
5. Cancellations must be sent to our office in writing.
6. And the amount will be refunded within 90 working days.
7. in case of No show, the first night will be charged at 100% of the agreed rates.
