The Signature Hotel is a boutique hotel at House 23-A, Street 22, Sector F-8/2 in Islamabad. Its central location in the F-8 sector keeps it close to the Blue Area business district, Faisal Mosque (about 3 km) and the Margalla Hills, with Islamabad International Airport reachable by the hotel's airport shuttle.

The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and family suites with private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and seating areas, alongside an on-site restaurant, room service, free Wi-Fi, free private parking and a 24-hour front desk.

1. The above Room Rates are subject to applicable Government Taxes which are 16% per room per night.
2. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs. In-case arrival is before 1400 hrs and after 1600 hrs, room will be subject to availability unless guaranteed. If check-in before 0800 hrs, previous night will be charged.
3. Our check-out time is 1200 noon and please note that 50% of room rent will be charged in case of late checkout from 1200 noon to 1800 hrs. After 1800 hrs full night room rent will be charged.
4. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held on a tentative basis, subject to availability unless guaranteed by valid credit card / company letter or advance deposit.
5. Confirmed reservations must be cancelled / amended at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION charges. Cancellations should be forwarded in writing to our office. In case of no-show, the first night 100% will be charged on agreed rates.
