Viceroy House by Ace Luxe is a boutique hillside retreat on Brewery Road in Murree, perched on the forested slopes of the hill station with sweeping views across the surrounding valleys and pine-covered ridges.

Styled around Murree's British-colonial heritage, the house pairs stone-and-timber mountain architecture with individually themed suites — Dickens, Lawrence Suites, Regal Residence and the Lord's Chamber — for a distinctive, character-filled stay a short drive from Mall Road and central Murree.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out after 1:00 PM is charged at 50% of the applicable room rate. Check-out after 2:00 PM is charged at 100% of the applicable room rate. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. All guests must present their original CNIC or Passport at check-in. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, corridors and lobby areas. Visitors are permitted until 10:00 PM only, subject to prior approval from Management or the Front Office. Alcohol, liquor, illegal drugs and narcotics are strictly prohibited on the property. Weapons and ammunition are strictly prohibited on the property. Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Parties, gatherings, events, loud music, speakers and excessive noise are not permitted. Any abuse, threats, harassment, violence, misconduct or violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Viceroy House by Ace Luxe accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage. Management reserves the right to inspect the property before and after check-out. Guests are responsible for any missing items, damages, excessive cleaning or policy violations, and applicable repair, replacement or penalty charges, including up to one full night's accommodation charge, may apply. Room rates are subject to 16% Government Tax per room per night. All non-guaranteed reservations are tentative unless guaranteed by credit card, letter or deposit. 72 hours cancellation notice is required. Otherwise, one night's NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION charge applies. Buffet breakfast is complimentary from 06:00 AM to 10:00 AM. In case of any query, please contact the Reservation Department.
